May Father God still ones heart as Jesus stilled the storm as recorded in Matthew 8:23-26 :-
Matthew 8:23-27 King James Version
23
And when he was entered into a ship, his disciples followed him.
24 And, behold, there arose a great tempest in the sea, insomuch that the ship was covered with the waves: but he was asleep.
25 And his disciples came to him, and awoke him, saying, Lord, save us: we perish.
26 And he saith unto them, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm.
and Mark4:35-39.
and that ones heart may be stilled and ones mind calm as the still yet moving waters of the lake sourounded by the high mountains where snows run off into the lake who mirrors the reflection of the mountains and trees in the stillnes of the waters of the lake under a clear blue sky,run out into rivers and streams that water the land through which it passes giving pleasure to all those who live beside them and those who walk and rest along its grassy banks under the dappled shade of the leafy trees shading and cooling one from the heat of the summer sun, and who may from time to time stop and hear and listen to the birds singing sweetly in the leafy branches above and watch the fishes perhaps leaping and swimming to and fro, their scales occasionaly shimmering in the summer sun, whose rays peek through leafy trees that reside beside the still lakes and gently moving rivers and streams giving dappled shade and coolness to all those who may pass by and rest in its shade.

Burbling streams and babbling brooks meander their way through grassy banks and leafy trees, the sun dappling their light through their leaves giving much needed comfort, coolness and shade to those who seek refuge from the heat of the day as they walk and rest along the banks of those streams and brooks whose waters quench the thirtst ofall those who seek refreshment both humans in some instances, and animals and birds whose song of the latter refreshes and uplifts ones spirit and mind. The animals and birds too, who are in need of of quenching their thirst too, find freshement in the cool refreshing brooks and streams and comfort too in the coolness of the shade. In the brooks and streams small fish swim to and fro their scales shimmer now and again in the sunlight and whose waters sing their own particular song as they flow over various pebbles, stones, rocks and other obstacles along the way and along with the cheery song of the birds in the leafy branches of the trees close by or whose roots are being refreshed by the waters flowing by giving pleasure and uplifting the spirits of all those passing by who may stop and rest awhile quietly refreshing themselves in the quiet stillnes and calmness, while the cheerful singing of the birds above and the burbling and babbling streams and brooks beneath flow over the stones and rocks and various obsticles join in with singing of the birds with their song as they meander along their way .

Walking along the seashore in the quietness of the evening, hearing and listening to the gentle lapping of waves as they come to rest on the sandy shore, only to recede again and return gently singing their own little song quietly and gently in the quietness of the evening under a star lit sky, whose number of stars is infinte as is the dark expanse surrounding them, giving a gentle and soundless hint of the infinteness of Father God and the beauty of His creation even in the darkeness clothed with the sparkling stars of the evening and night, as the presence of the numerous stars are beyond counting in the night sky above, so is Father God's prescence, love, and compassion, who in His love and compassion for those of us who live in this world, sent His son to live and in His time die upon a cross, that through accepting His son and what was accomplished on the cross by Jesus for our redemption, are given in His mercy the help and comfort of His holy Spirit to lead guide etc to be shining light in the lives of one and another as the moon gives light that guides one when travelling at night under an otherwise dark and starry sky.
